At Audemunie, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are shipped promptly and securely. This Shipment Policy outlines the shipping process, options, and expectations for delivery of your purchases from Audemunie.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. The delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method you select.
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on factors such as your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping may be available on orders over a specific amount or during promotional periods. If this offer applies to your order, the free shipping option will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Audemunie currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Audemunie is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@audemunie.com or (352) 728-8077.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
8. Signature Requirements
- For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the carrier will leave instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a local facility.
9. Multiple Shipments
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
