
Refund and Returns Policy

At Audemunie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures that you can return or exchange your items in a straightforward manner. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@audemunie.com or call (352) 728-8077. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- After receiving your return request, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a restocking fee.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us directly. We will arrange for the exchange based on availability.
- If the exchange item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference, and if it’s of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@audemunie.com or call (352) 728-8077.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you, depending on your preference.
7. Late Returns
- Returns received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Late returns will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
